On Saturday, 3/9/2024, the scientific session was held to discuss the master’s thesis submitted by researcher. Mostafa Hassan Bayoumi – teaching assistant at the Department of Educational Administration and Comparative Education – which came under the title “Leadership styles and their role in achieving job engagement among Academic staff and their assistants at Aswan University: “Field study.”
The discussion and judgment committee was composed of:

Prof. Ahmed Abdel-Nabi Abdel-Aal _ Professor and Head of the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration – Faculty of Education – Sohag University.
Prof. Hanan El Badry Kamal _ Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration _Faculty of Education _ Aswan University.
Prof. Hanan Abdel-Sattar Mahmoud _ Assistant Professor of Comparative Education and Educational Administration – Faculty of Education – Aswan University.
At the end of the scientific session, the committee recommended granting the researcher a master’s degree with an excellent grade and recommending that the thesis be exchanged between Egyptian universities.
